Dube Auto Body East London- STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS POSSIBLE

I have never experience such shocking and negligent service as I have from this place. Completely ********* and devious behavior from Dube Auto body

On the 9th of September my car was taken into Dube Auto body in East London for repairs after having been in an accident. We did not choose this place. This is where our insurance sent us to.

We were told that the car would be ready by the 25th September. The 25th came and went and nothing. Our numerous telephonic requests were ignored by the useless idiot who manages the front desk. We would ask to speak to someone who is in charge and were continuously told that they were either not there, or in a meeting, but that someone would phone us back, this obviously never happened. After 6 weeks of being without my car and 2 weeks of being %&%$%& around my husband decided that he had, had enough and would go in and physically see what the hold up is. Upon arriving there and demanding to see my vehicle, it was evident that they were all extremely nervous and ****ping themselves and the truth about the delay finally came out. Not only did they manage to lose the front bumper/towage clip of my car and had to order a new one, but one of the idiots who work in the workshop had also reversed into my vehicle, so they were therefor fixing the damage they had caused as well as waiting for another part, but instead of having any form of integrity, they tried to hide it from us and purposefully keep us in the dark. My husband told them that he didn't care if the parts weren't there yet, he was not leaving my car with them a second longer as they obviously cannot be trusted and that they can deliver it to us when they arrive and surprise, surprise, they wouldn't do that because even though their carelessness and negligence is what caused them needing to order these parts, we have to be inconvenienced by driving after their lazy asses. So guess what, I will be reporting them to my insurance and putting in an official complaint. I have since this checked out their Facebook reviews as well, and not a single good one can be found.
