Disgrace to motor industry

Should not be opperating . Dude Auto who is a franchise of Auto Magic. Car went in last year November for a 2cm scratch/dent , came out a mess broken window panels ,front door handle not working (no clue why they touched this) sliding door clips broken and panel rubbing against wheel arch when opened . Car went in January again ,this time they sprayed the whole left side of the car , wrong color ,ripples ,sliding door has to be forced to close at times , didn't put trim on the right way and still didn't fix some of the things they broke the first time . Now think I am stupid and want car back or want to pay half of what the quote came to to fix what they have done . But they do say they are responsible for the damage,but won't pay and will only contribute to the repairs?. Have had paint specialist , two other company quotes and insurance assessors look and all agree but they still believe they right.The franchise seems to think this is acceptable because they going through a hard time , so clients must just accept the poor workmanship (or lack there of)and just carry on . Companies are giving the industry a bad name ,taking work from reliable honest panelbeaters and *********** the public . Franchise seems to have no morals , ethics or pride . Stay far away
