Car not Repaired within Promised time

<p>Customer service at Dube Autobody, Franchised Auto Magic Agent is appalling. I was in involved in car accident on my way to Cape Town just about 60km away from East London .The car was towed to Dube Auto body (Pty )Ltd in East London. The only form of communication I keep receiving is inconsistent SMS’s .These SMS’s keep informing about dates that eventually changes when the company has to deliver the promise. I keep following up with the company and sometimes they promise to call me back within few hours but it never happened until I call them back .The initial date to receive my car back has passed and the revised one should be tomorrow but I have not received confirmation of this. Over and above this when I call the company, they appear to be very busy and promise to get back to me but it never happens. This is so frustrating as I need to book a flight in advance, arrange for leave at work at my own expense .My Job requires a lot of travelling and a single day without a car means a huge loss to my employer. My phone has been in my hand for the past 3 hours waiting for the call that was supposed to be received within 5 minutes.</p>
