2 weeks replacing a bumper and promises of keeping me updated not kept. Bad Bad Bad Service!!

My car was dropped off for a bumper replacement on the 23rd of October and I was advised I will be kept updated I have been calling from last week and finally on Friday last week I was promised that I will get today. Today I called them again they told me its still being polished.

I want my car, I stay in gonubie EL and I struggle with public transport and already this is also affecting me at work

Outsurance please find another autobody to refer us to in EL as this one is *********** and doesn't understand have the sense of urgency at all.
