Online application website does not work

I have now been busy, trying to apply for a Dubai Visa for 4 days now. We are not home, so this forces me to have to apply online. Currently I was blocked (because of an already existing Transit Visa which I can not use anymore) and after requesting to speak to a manager, they lift the block on the system. Going in this morning, again I was not able to select the applicant. The website is really not in good working order. I have seen how buttons appear and disappear. I am aware that technical problems like these do occur, but the Visa centre does not take any responsibility and yesterday even told me that I will not be able to apply for a Dubai Visa since the processing time is not enough. I have been trying to load this Visa since Wednesday. Since then I have sent multiple email to their call centre and support centre and not once have I not had to fight my way in for someone competent to assist me.

Dubai is a very sufficient and well-working country and you, dvpc.net is really lacking in good service making this a very bad experience.
