I would never recommend Dubaivisas to anybody!

On their website (dubaivisas.co.za), they claim to provide fast and hassle free service. Well my experience with them was anything it that. I paid the full amount (which was stipulated online) to apply for a transit visa as I’m going to be one day in Dubai for business. After 5 days and sending them numerous emails, they finally got back to me to tell me I have to apply for a other type of visa which would cost more. I responded to this by asking why would I need a visa for an extended stay if I’ll only be there one day. Then they got back to me with a different price again and disregarded their previous response about the different visa. In the end I requested a refund because they were just trying to get extra money out of me. Their response rate is poor, the way they respond to you in an email is poor yet they claim to be professionals. If you as a customer paid the money in full, wouldn’t you expect decent service or at least correspondence from the company. Not this company, you have to send them numerous emails, wait in frustration then only will they reply to you.

If you’re planning on going to Dubai and need a Visa, I wouldn’t recommend them unless you’re willing to put up with that poor service, stress and frustration.
