DTM group big in promises....

I have paid the whole amount for the quote to get fibre connection in our apartment building on the 2nd of July. Send an email to Marcia at DTM, never heard back from her. Phoned 2,5 weeks ago to find out how things are going... Marcia was on sick leave. Spoke to a friendly girl who promised to find out and she would phone me back. Which didn’t happen. A few days later I phoned again to find out.... Same story all over. Last week Friday morning I spoke to Marcia. She promised to phone me back.... Still waiting....phoned them a little earlier this morning, again had to speak to someone else, because Marcia wasn’t available. Still waiting for a phone call...
