******* Business not registered, for futre reference fo others!

Called these people found on google www.dstvsattellites.co.za to help me sort my DSTV as the cables were mixed up, but the guy I originally used was away. They came at a call out fee of R 400.00, told me I needed a new eye for the dual decoder, and a new box for splitter for dual DSTV. The whole fee came to R1500.00. Then it still didn't work, my son called them back immediately, and they came and fiddled around. Then the guy I normally use came back so I paid another R400.00 as I know he knows what he is doing. We didn't need either of the products that they sold us, at apparently 3 times what he charges, anyway he fixed it. He told me to phone them and ask them for the number they need to have to operate their business and they became very rude, and could not give me one, as they are obviously not registered with Multichoice. I went onto their page to complain, bit later many attempts I gave up and took the loss I had suffered. They were not South African either. I have let this go now, but for other vulnerable people, so NOT use them! My loss!
