********* business behaviour of staff.

I purchased a cover and tempered glass for an LG G4 handset on the 14/01/16 seeing as they are an approved lg repair centre. After 3 days the tempered glass started to lift on the left hand side of the screen. Whilst in the area about a week later I took it back & they said that it is a defective case that's causing it (forgeting I purchased it from them!). They changed the tempered glass. 3 days on and the very same problem in the same area of the screen. Had a chance to go back on the 9/02/16. Lady advised that it's moisture. I asked for manager and he came and said that there is no way he is refunding as he already took a knock on the first tempered glass change. I said that it's a defective case that's pushing against the side causing the tempered glass to lift. He said that I'm not using my phone correctly or he can see that my handset is warped or bent. I couldn't believe what he was telling me and started filming him to get what he had just said as I was confused how can a phone be bent. He said that he will call security from the mall to escort me out. So yes I was kicked out from the store by security. LG you cannot have your logo on a store who's staff behave in this way.
