Poor Service beyond major.
Outsurance appointment DRM to replace our geyser, they were quick to demand access payment before they can continue with the project. Payment was made and an acknowledgement of recipient was made when we enquired a day after. A team of *********** people eventually came to replace the geyser but did not remove the old geyser from the ceiling claiming it is too big and they will have to cut trusses in order to remove it. It has been two weeks now and they claim to be busy and will send a team to investigate. A gapping hole on the ceiling is visible and no one is responding to our concerns. The admin staff receiving calls are so reluctant, it is like begging them to do their job.

Never use Pamusha Projects ( Eddie and Martin )
Repaired my oven. Massively overcharged and left a huge mess. Tried to use the oven 2 days later and heard a bang and the board tripped. After many messages, they arrived 4 hours after the agreed time and took the oven away. Technician ( Martin ) reeked of alcohol. Admitted he'd been drinking at Hartebee****rt After more messages, Eddie said the oven was ready and he'd quickly find out what time it would be brought back ( 9h15 am ), there has been no further communication, with Eddie and Martin both ignoring messages. In short, they are overpriced, messy, deliver poor workmanship and totally unreliable
