The Salesman was great ,explained everything well

The Salesman was great ,explained everything well.The other department are very rude.Send email require about the extra kilos in march,only sent invoice email & I asked when do they need that money nobody bothered to answer ,they just debited.U hv a tracker but u don't know what to do incase of hijacking.no panic button
