No warning debits. Be carefull!

Once again Drive has proven to me how callous and cold they are. Their systems for the recording of kilometers does not stand up to scrutiny, and they use this to **** people out of money. I have had a running battle with them on this. This month, over and above the rental, another R5000 debit was taken off my account without notice. I have no idea what this is for. The car broke down during January 2025 and at the time of writing, is still in the agent's workshop. I have hardly had use of the vehicle during the month and have now had to pay in excess of R12 000 for the month of January. It is ridiculous. You just cannot win with these guys, and I am now tired of them. This has not been a good relationship at all. They just take without asking or warning, or any notice.

I will collect the car from the agents on Monday and arrange for it to be returned to Drive as soon as possible.
