Few weeks after getting the car from Drive I noticed some noise coming from the sunroof. I then contacted the sales agent who referred me to their maintenance dept. I then forgot to contact the maintenance dept due to my busy schedule at work. I then received a call from Micheal who took it upon himself to arrange everything for me and all I had to do was take the car to Chery to be checked. When I arrived at Chery they were expecting me and assisted me. I have had bad experience in the past with other rent to buy companies who are just chasing targets and the minute you take their car they don't care about you as a client anymore. However I had a very pleasant experience with Drive and their agents.
