Drive 24 service is terrible

I am currently leasing a vehicle from Drive 24. The consultant who assisted me is Danelle Bezuidenhout. The terms of the lease was that they would arrange for a car service and they would pay for and deliver the license disk upon its expiry. They did not arrange for a service until it was 1000 km above the required maximum kms. Now they are also not sending me the renewed license disk after so many attempts of following up with them. I even got a ticket for driving around with an expired license disk. The worst of it all is that they don't respond to their emails and Danelle declines my call. I really don't know how to reach out to them anymore but their service is appalling to say the least.
