Agent was very friendly. I thing the R1500 excess is rediculous

Thank you very much for the 4 stars. It is a pity that we never got 5 stars this time round.
With regards to the R15 000 excess, that is the standard excess that we apply across every client. The cost of repairs and claims has become very expensive. To manage the claims ratio and expenses we have to put a slightly higher excess.
This allows us to get a competitive product at a great price. I do hope this makes sense.
