Worst service ever

Placed my order on the 6th of January. 2-3 days delivery supposed to. Called on 3 different occasions with every consultant telling me a different story on when they opened with 3 different dated according to each. Terrible customer service no feed back from when you order where the process is when delivery will take place. Nothing when you querie on your order no answer is given because they don't know.... they will phone you back and you hear nothing... will not ever buy from them and will not ever recommend to anyone . They have such great products but the worst customer service and delivery. Still waiting on feedback I emailed, phoned, queried on FB. Got nothing sorted out....no answers about my package or delivery. It's a real shame.
