**** service from Dress Your Tech

Pathetic service. I would give them 0 stars if i could. I ordered an item on the 11th of September 2025. It is now the 22nd of September 2025 and I have still not received the item or an update on where it is. The call centre is of no help either. They exclaim that they can not track the parcel on their side but will have it escalated. I have been promised feedback 3 times with no response and received remarks such as "we are just the middle man". Extremely ***********!
