Poor Service / no service from Dress Your Tech

I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service I've received from both Dress Your Tech and Pargo. I placed an order on 30 May, and today is 19 June — yet I still haven’t received my items. Every time I follow up, I'm told the parcel is at the warehouse and that Pargo needs to collect it. I was also informed that my query had been escalated and that I’d receive feedback on the same day. Instead, a week has passed without any update.

This level of service is unacceptable. I expect accountability, timely communication, and immediate action to resolve this issue.
