POOR SERVICE

Good Day,

I have logged a call on 20 December with a follow up on a device that's need a collection.

Device was collected on 20 Jan and when followed up with courier guy that delivery was successful , however i have heard back from Garnish Tech.

I sent another request on there website and no feedback received.

This morning i called the number on the website and was told that i will get a refund in 30 days. I do not want a refund i would like another charge to replace the one i had.

Can someone please get back to me. Vodacom please change you service providers.
