Poor service
I would like to raise my concern with this company I have purchased a cable for my phone on 04 Jan 2023 I waitet till the 06 Jan 2023 then contacted them to find out where my order is thay just say that they just opened, firstly why was it not stated on there website that they were closed till 10 Jan 2023 secondly te guy I spoke to said I will receive my package within 3 to 5 days that is unacceptable to me because It has been 9 days already and I am still waiting for my order.

17 Jan 2023, 11:1117 Jan 2023 still no response from them, I have contacted them after I have contacted theme on 9 Jan and they said 3 to 5 days then I will receive my order, I phoned again today just excuses I must wait for a mail saying my order will is being dispached that is all that they say not sorry for waiting 9r nothing this is the most pathetic service I ever received and hope no one will make the same mistake to purchase anything from them...
