Poor customer service

Their customer service sucks. Bought Laptop body glove and told them the following day after delivery that it's smaller than my laptop, not sure how because my laptop is 13 inches but it can't zip. I asked them about a possibility of exchanging and taking something else instead, like their headphones - buddyPhones Travel - With Mic, pink one for kids. They never responded. I emailed again with no response still after 2 weeks.
