Pathetic service
I keep receiving sms's regarding delivery before 5pm on a particular day however they do not show up. I also received an email with a reference number in the subject line but when i complain i am asked to send an order number. Please be weary of these people when i call the number on the sms from delivery people, i am number 60 in the queue.

05 Jan 2026, 17:36Please note that once again I received an sms for delivery on Friday. No one pitched. We waited until 5. Today the delivery arrived and I was out. I have stayed home 3 days last week waiting for the delivery. Now i get an sms saying attempt number 2. This is pathetic service. Please dont use this company or Dawn Wing couriers.
