Pathetic ****s and *******

I joined Dress your tech through game then I was sent a voucher and ordered a powerbank. They delivered the poerbank but I could not go and collect it due to some issues I had. The parcel was then collected and sent back to Dress your tech, I then emailed them after a few days and asked them to either send me the powerbank again or process a refund. I was told the refund will be done but till today I have not received anything, they don't communicate, I'm, the one that always do follow ups and then that's when the attend to me and make empty promises. It's been 2 months now, I'm so sick of this service I don't wanna lie
