No feedback on returns

Bought headphones using a voucher , after a while one side stopped working , returned the headphones back and they were delivered to their warehouse on 21 November 2024. It’s the 6th January and I have not received any type of feedback from this company and whenever I email or call they always say this has been escalated but there is never feedback after that.
