No after sales support - No responsibility taken

They have the worst After Sales support from any online company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a product at the end of November 2024. Product arrived faulty. I informed them within 2 hours and then returned it a day later. (I had to box it and drop it off at a nearby Clicks, as per their instructions).

I then waited for more than a month WITHOUT any feedback from them. I send them numerous emails to ask for an update. They respond to all my emails with "the issue will be escalated to the correct department'. I also called them and 2 weeks ago, on a Friday, they promised delivery by Monday. We'll, another 2 weeks have passed and still no product or reason why they delay.

I also, on 4 different emails, asked for a manager to contact me. No response....

I still sit without my product, which was fully paid for in November.

Please stay away from this company if you want fast and realibe service. Spend your money somewhere else.
