Item not delivered

I ordered a speaker from Garnish, so with the tracking it says that the item was delivered, but I never received my package. I phoned and was promised that they will assist and phone me back, which no one phoned me, I send a few emails with no response. I even tried to phone the courier company and there was no answer. So I lost money in buying an item I never received. I will advise no one to ever use Garnish as they provide bo service at all and is not helpful in situations like this!
