Horrible service from Dress your tech.
I purchased a phone on Telkom online part of the benefits is a voucher for accessories to be used at Dress your tech.
I sent them every I have except an invoice which Telkom claims if a sale was done online there is no invoice. They suggested I use the invoice of the delivery which is proof of purchase.
Dress your tech rejects the document.
Now I can't claim a benefit I already paid for. I sent them an email they said I will be contacted within 2 yours that was 3 days ago.
