Good service after all!

Ordered two seperate orders with coupons, no issues. One arrived fine. Second one arrived with sealed box but on opening found the earbuds box opened and earbuds missing

Feared the worst after the reviews bit I was very well assisted via email. After a brief investigation a replacement pair was sent. Thank you very much. Good service. Just a bit of patience required.
