Garnish Tech - Poor service

I have purchased a Samsung galaxy folder 4 cover for my cellphone. I used a voucher and paid 400 difference. When I received this package I open and there was a mini pops so I called them and did a return on the website. It's gone 1week no one has called me to have this incorrect item and give me what I actually paid for. This is no acceptable and poor service I have asked for the management to call me Nemours times and no one has. I am fed up now. Just letting the public and all Garnish Tech supplies like fnb vodacom of this service their clients are receiving and should no longer deal with Garnish Tech.
