False adverti*****t with Telkom

Where do I even start purchased a iPhone 13 with Telkom apparently I was suppose to get a 500rnd voucher with dress your tech so I could purchase my charging block after emailing dress your tech so many times and them sending me back and forth to get paperwork from Telkom up until today they still haven’t sent my voucher now my question is why offer this with Telkom but then you don’t keep by the adverti*****t you giving yourself and well as Telkom a bad name and Telkom will now be losing customers because of false adverti*****t so I wouldn’t even recommend dress your tech to anyone sorry beyond bad service for a first time customer.
