Earbuds that came with only one earbud that function.

Purchased earbuds, one was blue and other was black in color. The blue one works perfect but the black one. Right hand earbud LED light is off and the earbud is not functioning. I can only connect with the left earbud. Requested a refund but still no communication. This is so frustrating 😤
