Dress Your Tech **** with Blue labe connect

I have been struggling to get this sorted out. My Game account has had subscription fees from Blue Label Connect. I have never seen a contract or signed document or any communication regarding a Dress your tech voucher subscription. Been in contact with Blue Label to sort this out as they said its been telephonically accepted. After reviewing the transcript I am baffled how they say its valid. Nowhere my name is confirmed. Multiple responses are only "mmm". They trick you and false advertise these calls as you get a Game voucher then at the end it says mo thly subscription. Based on Sout African law its not legal and clear terms. They refuse to give me the refund so my account can be closed. They are ****mers I have never recieved anything from them yet they keep deductimg money monthly frm my account. They say Dress Your tech agreed that I am not eligble for refund. I wil take this further. ****mers!!! They dont want to say how they got my details and how they gor my contact info without my consemt which is a violation of the Popia act as well.
