Draw your tech voucher ****

Shortly after getting my credit card, I received a call from an agent claiming that they are from RCS and they welcome new members with a R500 ‘Dress your Tech’ voucher as part of their “rewards program”. I accepted and a few minutes later, there was a R300 charge on the account under ‘Blue Label Mobile Subscription Content. I immediately called and had the card blocked yet a few days later, another charge went through. I contacted RCS on the 29th of April and was put through to blue label and the agent cancelled the subscription and gave me a reference number as “proof” as well as a email address to send my details for a refund. On the 16 of May, another R300 charge went through meaning the matter is still not fixed. This is ridiculous and I regret ever getting the credit card because there’s now R900 worth of charges that I did not KNOWINGLY sign up for. If there was transparency from the very beginning then non of this would have happened. I was promised a FREE voucher not a R300 subscription. I want the subscription cancelled, the charges reversed and a recording of the initial call made to me by the “RCS Agent” because I will be escalating the matter.
