Disappointed with the service from Dress your Tech.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Dress your Tech.

When the package finally arrived, the Powerbank received was Faulty. I tried numerous times for this company to collect the faulty unit to replace it. A week has passed and they have not collected the faulty unit. This is unacceptable!
