WORST EXPERIENCE

<div>So Having booked a mountain Chalet 28 August or so we thought, never have I ever been this disappointed, my parents having purchased their Timeshare 2006, this year 2020 our first bad experience, Having been assisted by ****, when we specifically requested a mountain Chalet be booked for us at Avalon Springs not realizing that she booked an apartment instead of what we specifically asked for. 30th October checking in being taken to a flat no Jacuzzi and Personal braai. Calling in to dream vacations and being told we were booked a apartment as **** confirmed. There's nothing that can be done as it's fully booked no empathy, being told the difference is just the Jacuzzi. It ruined my Fiancées first time experience and it was my 1st time in an apartment which was not the experience we planned for. Being told we will be called back regarding it and still no call even though we were booked 30th October to 2 November 2020 still nothing. All it made me feel was regret because it felt as if though we not important to dream vacations. Felt as if we were on a free voucher and not our Own timeshare that we paid for.&nbsp;</div>
