Won a competition and misled into a contract

My wife and I entered a competition to win a trip to the Kruger National Park. We were contacted by a company called Refresh KZN and were invited for the draw in Richards Bay. We were pressurised into signing a timeshare contract before the lucky draw and all was not explained to us properly. We were told it is a one day offer and we would get bonus points and we cannot get this from Dream Vacations. We were no advised about the cancellation or a levy which I later found out about. I had tried to contact the sales person on a number he provided but could not get a hold of him. I called Dream vacations several times and was given the run around. I eventually got a hold of a lady named Lindiwe and was told that I need to email my concern to her manager named Dion. She was to provide me with the email address and hadn't. I called through again and spoke to Roxanne and then Marylin and was told I cannot cancel this contract. Your company has played our emotions, making us innocent, poor people feel like we can afford holidays like everyone else. I have not used your services and have been trying to cancel this contract and feel that it is only fair that this contract be cancelled.
