Very disatisfied by the poor service received from the Dream Vacation Club

<p>I am very disappointed with Dream Vacations Club (DVC). I was mislead by a very convincing and aggressive sales agent and signed up in 2014. I have paid over R20000 to DVC since then. I have never used the DVC services, as every time I have attempted to do so, I am told the resorts are fully booked.</p> <p>This is a lot of money to spend on a Vacation Club that can never supply me the holiday accommodation for which I joined in the first place. Furthermore much of what was explained to me when I joined has since proved to be untrue. All my levies and monthly subscriptions have been paid to date. When contacting DVC they said they cannot do anything to help and further threatened to blacklist me, if I stop paying.</p> <p>How does a registered business operate like this? All I want to do is cancel my membership for which I have never received anything. DVC does not even respond to my complaints despite me threatening to take my grievances to social media. I can only hope that this post gets me some positive feedback.</p>
