unprofessional Serive and false advertising

Dream Vacation club has sold us a time share package that had a free sun city trip on joining, the sales agent said that you could redeem the trip at any point in time. upon trying to book the trip we were told that the sales agent **** to us and that was all untrue. We were told that if there was nothing in writing they couldnt be held accountable.

Even though we were **** to we had decided to let it slide, after trying to book on many occasions we had decided that it was easier to cancel the entire time share with vacation club but they refused to refund our money. we had to be put on an exit package that had so many restrictions we still couldn't book a holiday and now im being told that the credit has expired.

I have tried on many occasions to book a trip but there wasn't ever any availability when I request a booking, but if I had called the hotel directly I was advised that they did have availability and the rooms was cheaper if I had booked either with the hotel or through Air B&B or Bookings.com

So after all the money spent we were ****** of not only our money but also the opportunity to use our package for what it was intended for
