Uncancelled membership

<p>My father had been lured into signing a contract with dream vacation ( bad on his side ) since then we have never used our points so decided to cancel as it was a lot of money that never got used. </p> <p>In 2015 he asked in writing that his membership be cancelled and now years later they email saying there's a huge amount that has not been paid and they will hand over the account. I am astonished at how bad this service is. We cannot afford to pay this amount and I have no idea why this cannot be cancelled.. dream vacation club is a ****. </p>
