Unauthorized debits/poor communication

I have been with dream vacations for more than 5 years now and my account is up to date never missed a payment. In December I communicated the desire to pay it up and not use it any more. I paid it up. I had points left that I wanted to use but they were not enough for the place I was supposed to go to. I expressed this to Lerato who was assisting me. I asked about paying the balance in cash it was too much so I said leave it out or check for cheaper accommodation matching my points. I expressed that I do not wish to use points allocated for 2022 as I do not want to pay the yearly admin fee of 4500. My account was debited this month and the monthly bill shows that I went on the weekend away and points were deducted. I have sent buyers e mails to Lerato and the accounts department and nobody has responded. It's enough that the holidays are not value for your money and now the people working there choose to ignore an u happy client. I need them to sort me out asap!
