Over a lengthy period we have corresponded with this company to arrive at a profitable arrangement. Levies are becoming excessive and as pensioners we have to curtail costs. It now appears as if it is time to accept that we will lose out and that we shall have to accept the seniors option and request the company to sell our points incurring a substantial loss.
