System issue for 7months

I signed a contract to downgrade from 4000pts to 2000pts in March 2026. Now it is October 2026 and DVC says they still have a system issue and cannot process the downgrade. My statements still show I am under the 4000pts package and that I am in arrears. They debit subscription fee according to new contract, but say they cannot debit loan because I have not been downgraded. I sent emails but same excuse - system issue. They say I must pay according to the 2000pts but I am billed for 4000pts. When I checked my credit report, it shows I owe Sandsales and my credit score is affected. System issue is not my problem. DO NOT JOIN!!!!!
