**** and Non-existent service
Good day, yesterday I sent an email to their admin department expressing concerns aand lodging a complain. In my letter I have expressed that all the things they have promised upon taking out membership has never materialised and that it is not that easy to get accommodation when trying to book. I also complained that I could not log into the site the whole of yesterday, yet this morning I could log on with the same details. I then discovered that they have blocked me from making bookings, They also delete my emails without it being read. I received a call from Madelaine ***) this morning and she advised taht my account was blcoked because I said nothing tehy promised has materialised. I make monthly payments and have never skipped yet they seem it fit to block my account. I also advised tin my email yesterday that I will not recoomend anyone to their club and that I wil not take up more points from them

We made telephonic contact yesterday and we explained the reservation rule that app**** to your booking request on the online booking platform. This rule is based on a rules implemented by the Trustees of the Club at a previous AGM(Annual General Meeting) and was also noted in the Trustees Report.
As we value you as a member we have assisted you with a booking as per your requirements and the confirmation letter was sent through to you today via email.
