Promises and no delivery

We bought time shares from dream vacation and was promised a camera as part of the gift that we will get should we purchase the time shares, which we did as we do go on holidays a lot however its been like 3 months no one has gotten back to us...<br> <br> I did call and speak to Seelan who is also one of the managers there, who took down my details and said he will get San to call me up till now no one has called me.<br> <br> Very bad service...<br> <br> They should learn a thing or two about customer service
