Poor Service - International Reservation Messed Up
<p>International accommodation - New York 8 nights - was booked and confirmed in April 2016 for December 2016. Received notice that accommodation was cancelled in error and my family now has no accommodation in New York, with flights booked and paid for already and New York tickets/cruises etc. booked and paid for already. Dream Vacations Club is offering us unsuitable accommodation, even split accommodation, and is forcing us to accept this at this late stage. We have been saving up for this FIRST international holiday for our family for a long time and do not want to accept unsuitable accommodation.</p>
