Points Was Deducted FOR A holiday we never went on. and no proof is found. I'm Disgusted.

We Are MEMbers of dream vacations for about 4years so we in the process of planning a family vacation within the next few months. only to find out according to your system we booked a holiday to club mykonos in 2017 and therefore our points was deducted which is not true that was merely an enquiry that was made but it was never confirmed they is no proof that it was booked or that we returned a form that they usually send via email to accept the offer there is no proof at all but yet they feel that we need to proof we weren't there.. so how do we proof that, is it even our responsibility.. club mykonos is a phone call away to confirm as to Wether we booked in but now dream vacations staff has an attitude rather then assisting us. we pay thousands of rands for this. and we losing points because of amateur administration s****s. I need you guys to fix this unacceptable error
