Not worth it....

Their customer service is lacking to say the very least. Communication and feedback is only successfully done if it concerns their fees and concerns. I paid a full year without claiming or using points but when I booked for this year they are quick to threaten their clients with cancelling if your subs for current month and year is not fully paid although the points you are using was already paid in full the previous year(s).

I would rather save the money paid for subs and book privately in future. Availability is limited, so you can even use points. Personally its not worth it, you could rather go to bookings.com and book units and receive a breakfast at some establishments. .
