No feedback for my cancellation

This past Sunday we were called in for a draw to win a prize but as to no surprise it was a presentation. Before going I asked the lady if it was a presentation and she said no. We went in and sat for the presentation and I expressed my concerns with the sales consultant and liked the product so we decided to purchase. I was very concerned about the levies and asked the consultant how much does it go up by and was told that the last increase was 3.25%. We purchased and when we got home we researched and found out that the last levies went up by 7.75% and we read very negative reviews about Dream vacation club so on Monday we phoned the consultant and cancelled. He advised us that we need to send an email which I have done twice and I have had no response yet. I called him up yesterday again and I am still awaiting a refund of my deposit money and feedback. they very quick to take your money but when it comes to cancellation they will never call you. Disgusting!!!!
