<div>I am absolutely disappointed with this company. My mother had made a booking on the 21st with a lady and asked her to put a unit on hold for 31st of Jan till the 7th Jan. Then when she called again on the 21st and spoke to another lady to confirm the booking she cancelled the booking. However she used the term "must I release the booking". Now we have taken our leave days according to these days and now every place is booked. I just spoke to ***** and she told me that the points are going to expire however it is not our fault. They also have a policy stating that you can only book from Friday to Friday so there is no flexibility. I am hugely disappointed with this company and especially because my dad has been a member for years with them. I unfortunately have to select a star, I would personally not even give them a star.</div>
