Mis-Lead About Cancelling Membership

I have recently purchased a DVC membership in Jan 18 and clearly enquired that should I decide to cancel my membership at any point and for whatever reason I can do so without any issues. At no point was I informed that should I wish to end my membership I am to pay the full outstanding loan amount. I was only informed this when enquired with the Head office a month that if I choose to cancel my membership what is the procedure. Surely this contravenes the CPA act. I wish cancel my membership without incurring any additional charges as I have been miss-lead and not treated with honesty and integrity when signing up.
